1. Who is responsible for your data

Kohinoor Jewellery W.L.L. (C.R. No. 194658), trading as "Kohinoor Kraft Jewellery". We handle personal data in line with Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy.

2. What we collect

• Request details: your name, mobile number, email (optional), design choices, the text to engrave and your notes.
• Reference photos or sketches you upload. They are stored privately and only our team can see them.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.

3. Why we use it

• To prepare your quote, and to design, make and hand over your piece.
• To contact you about your order and let you track it.
• To keep the records Qatari law requires.

4. Who we share it with

• We never sell your data.
• Our team and goldsmiths, to make your order.
• The hosting and database providers that run this website. Their servers may be outside Qatar.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there.
• Government authorities in Qatar, when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as Qatari commercial and accounting laws require, and delete reference photos when we no longer need them.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing messages, by contacting us. We reply within 30 days.

7. On your device

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
